Re: Outback's Outpost 'G.I.Joe Tripwire' By Mitchell Smith!
Which is only ironic, since Tripwire has molded Kevlar that is supposed to protect his central waist.
I had a straight-arm Steeler who suffered a terrible shoulder separation. Had I known the power of super glue, I would have tried to reattach the joint. But I was afraid it would never be the same.
Steeler's loss was Tripwire's gain, and my Tripwire has the thick and mighty 1982 loins of a once proud Steeler.
Ironically, Tripwire's right leg was donated later to Zartan. I successfully transplanted Tripwire's right leg without separating Zartan's torso. I felt the power of Proto's surgical skills that day. That Zartan still has his original O-ring, but he has been through unimaginable pain and suffering. (I didn't even offer him morphine during the surgery.)
So Tripwire is a cool character, but a super fragile action figure.
