Re: Serpentorslair Kickstarter Project YOU PICK!
Running a kickstarter is a lot of work too FYI. A lot of work.
The incentives have to be enticing.
Bossfight was an exception to the rule, they had good cred already and a ton of people who knew about them from con and personally.
We are also talking a lot of scratch. Even one figure is going to cost a fortune to tool let alone a vehicle.
I will certainly promote and back a lair kickstarter project as best I can.
I would suggest something new. Not a character we all want because then you get into licensing and Hasbro lawyer speak.
Marauder John circumvented all of that by making a generic "gaming piece".
Perhaps make some sort of accessory for a figure in 1:18th scale that no one has thought of.
You could make a Drone, one solid piece, that way no extra tools no extra molds.

You could commission an artist to do prints of a Lair themed art piece.
How about a comic book?
The most important thing is to do your research and figure out your exact budget for all things involved.
but You can't just start a kickstarter, sit back and wait. It takes up a lot of time and a lot of marketing.
