 The Transformers/Faceoff Game #127!
THE RULES OF THE TRANSFORMERS "FACEOFF"
1-9 "BASIC GAME PLAY"
1. Each player will be Facing off with each other player, THERE WILL BE NO TEAMING UP ALLOWED!
1a. THE GAME DAY STARTS AT 12:01AM EASTERN TIME AND ENDS AT 11:59PM EASTERN TIME
2. Each game will stand alone, although we will keep a running tally of your kills and wins!
3. Each player will enter each round with 20lp (lp = life points)
4. There will be one "SURVIVOR" of each game, which will be the last player standing
5.. All characters are on a "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE" basis, meaning the first to post in the "CHARACTER SELECTION THREAD" and request a character will have dibs on that character until the time they choose or earn the right to select a different character, YOU MAY NOT SELECT A CHARACTER UNTIL AFTER A ROUND HAS CONCLUDED!
6. BATTLEFIELD "BONUSES"
Within the battlefield, you will have the opportunity to gain bonuses via ko'ing your opponent or other destroyable bonuses on the game board. Some will give you "energon cubes" that you can use to advance to a higher "tier" character, some will contain "health bonuses" that will boost your life during a round, and some will allow you to damage multiple targets with one turn.
7. CHARACTER SELECTION
You may choose to play from the list of characters in the "CHARACTER SELECTION THREAD", each character has specific attributes that allow you to do different things to your opponents, so choose your character wisely. As you progress through each "ROUND" you will earn "energon cubes" which can be used to unlock the next tier of characters for use. The first tier of characters does not cost anything !
8. NON-PARTICIPATION DAMAGE
You will be docked 5 life points for missing a turn, this is to keep each battle from dragging on too long.
9. REMEMBERING TO BE COURTEOUS
If a player has used a certain character for several rounds, it is the courteous thing to do to ask them if they plan to continue using the same character before selecting it10. HEALING A FRIEND OR FOE
Once your character is KO'd from the game, meaning you have no health points left, you may still make one turn per day, and with that turn you may choose any "NON-BONUS CHARACTER" to put a +2 heal on! 11.
