You successfully repelled the Gulf Sharks away from the Florida coast. Their operations were masking their other moves further off shore, as they make staging preparation of Cobra Island’s waters. Strange activities have been taking place at an abandoned oil refinery rig near the edge of Cobra Island’s sovereign waters.
Their goals remain unclear, but their “fishing” trawlers have been passing along the fringes of Cobra waters, and there isn’t exactly a fence border in the territorial versus public waters.
They have sophisticated radar and sonar arrays. They also have a “tourist” helicopter that is surveying from the air.
An older charter fishing boat strayed into the water and a Cobra Hydrofoil sunk it. Sight-seers aboard the “tourist” helicopter are posting photos of what appear to be civilian fishermen bodies floating near the boat wreckage. US citizens are clamoring for a response against Cobra. Cobra is claiming they were protecting their sovereign waters against espionage.
Your mission: If you are predominantly Cobra, investigate the evidence that might link this back to the Gulf Sharks. If you are predominantly Joes, begin to prepare for an assault on Cobra that could cause a terrible loss of life, even among civilians around the Gulf. Also, look for a way to get to the bottom of the situation. Trackers and intelligence specialists may be well suited to help with this mission.
