 Customizer/Repair question
I should run over to YoJoe or JoeCustoms to research this, but what is the preferred size # for O-ring replacement?

I think I have used #9's in the past, but it has been a while since I bought any, so I thought I would ask you fine folks!
It seems like it is not just the diameter, but also the thickness of the ring itself.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks! That should work.

I was reading this old article on YoJoe and some folks said #10 and others #41. Judging from the dimensions of your eBay link, I would say those are #10's.
https://forums.yojoe.com/showthread.php?t=34582

Just checking since sometimes the width are too thick. I have various age figures, so I thought maybe the #41 thinner wall o-rings might fit in better and less risky to the waist pieces.

But if you have a good supplier, I can't argue with that price. Hardware stores want $2.50 for 10. (25 cents each) or 59 cents if just buying one.
Your link is 4 to 4.3 cents each. Not sure how they make money selling those with free shipping...

41 is the way to go! #10 works good and #9 and tattoo gun O rings also. The thinner ones are better for the 82 guys i think. Just use what your comfy with you know if it's too tight. I normally get a few of each type just to have some around for quick repair.

From Home Depot I nomaly buy #8 I find the 9 s a little loose, but be careful with old Joes the plastic is getting brittle on some of the earlier 80s figures where a 9 might be better

Thank you all for good words of advice!

And I know what you mean, if they are just a bit too tight, legs do odd things.
Regular o-ring figures should not develop Kung Fu fighting kick abilities on their own. ;-)
