The Warthog was one of my favourite vehicles. The only thing I hated about it was the two huge orange missiles. When I saw the Steel Badger, I thought it would be a great project to make into an updated Warthog. Finally made the plunge when it went on sale. I had to hollow out the front and cut out the hatches. Then I split a Warthog front interior section in half and cut away at it until it fit the Steel Badger as the True Heroes vehicle was more narrow than the Warthog.
Cockpit area holds 3 and the interior pieces are from a Warthog
This was a picture before I finished, but all the hatches do close with figures inside.
Rear has room for 6. I also cut out the wall so you can see the cockpit area. I just wanted it there just cause in real life, I believe the drivers have access to get to the back from the cockpit. I put a Warthog lap belt onto the floor so figures can use it to jam their feet against and stay in place as the interior wasn't really made for anything as the 'seat' contours are just the inside part of the mold for the tracks.
