Well if the GI-Joe have their OG13 B-)
Cobra has the The Plague, 13 heartless basterds under Cobra Commander's direct orders, their identities only know to him. Some he recruited between the ranks of Cobra others from the criminal and mercenary underworld. The fact is they area force to be reckoned and feared.
Bayonet
Bayonet walked to the training programs for Eels, Snow Serpents and Ice Vipers as easy as a college summer course. He is a natural learner and also was born with a very low quantity of pain nerve endings which makes easy for him to withstand very low temperatures. Also if you enter a fight with knives with him you better strike a death blow or he won't stop due to superficial cuts. The downside is that this also led him to be a cold and distance person, finding pleasure only in the rush of adrenaline that a battle brings. A superb arctic and underwater specialist even his Plague Troopers partners say that he has a heart as cold as the environment he mastered.v

Blackout
Sniper, former Gi-Joe trainee
(I like the original figure but I decided to drop all the silver details and could not resit to make a guy named Black Out all in black. I am very satisfied with his black-ops military look and I think he will blend in nicely with the other plagues. I added a pic with a Hawk's head too for nostalgia sake and a family picture of all my plagues so far. Black Out is the 12º ... there's one to go... and in IDW comics it was Interrogator.... but I am not certain if I will stick to him or change him for a new character.)

Gallows
As a heavy machine gunner this guy should look strong but I didn't want Roadblock strong... so the idea of a former inmate, arrested for illegal arms dealing, who build up his constitution in his time in prison stuck to my mind. For that the Ripper's arms would be great ... but what to do with the dreadnok tatoo... leave it or remove it? I chose to leave it and in the end he is a former dreadnok arms dealer, who got arrested, was freed by Cobra lawyers, entered the ranks of SAW Vipers and was chosen to be the heavy machine gunner on The Plague....

Body-Bags
I gave this former Range-Viper an array of weapons that I consider nice for a jungle battle (IMO, I am no soldier). An AK-47 for suppressive fire, a little marksmanship and most important, it is reliable. The sub-machine gun with silencer to try to not reveal his position in a sneak attack. Trench knives, a shotgun and a pistol for when the fight comes up close and personal.

Grief
Field interrogator (information retrieval by torture), shadow assassin
If you want a clean and effective interrogatory and also the prisoner's life and well being you call Interrogator. If you are in a mission have a timetable to follow and enemies on your tail Grief is your man.

Grimm Skull
I didn't know what to do with this guy... Every assembly of parts I tried didn't seem to work with the head... the I tried it in a CG body (it was a comic pack cobra commander to be honest) and for some reason I think it worked. Maybe it's because the helmet reminds me of those spiked Prussian helmets (that thanks to google and wikipedia now I know are called Pickelhaube) and blends with the CG uniform with it's shoulders boards and buttons.
As desert specialist I chose to go with a lighter tone of grey.

Guillotine
I really like the figure Hasbro released in 2006, it was one of the best in the o-ring modern line IMO. I really didn't have the desire to improve it so I took it in a different direction but using his fantastic gear as base. I guess I could call this one a lazy custom, since I took the whole body of a RoC Para-Viper that was already all black and red, but I added some painted details, a buckle belt and even a knife sheath in the back.. so in the end it was not that lazy. For the profile I leave you with his File Card at yojoe.com

Incision
------------Profile ------------------------------------------------------
A former parkour athlete, who got bored to just jump obstacles, that then came in contact and trained with masters in various forms of martial arts, entering in many illegal and brutal fight contests, never loosing any, that then fall into the payroll of the Night Creepers until he defeated and humiliated Aleph, the first man to be Incision in the deadly bunch of cobra warriors called The Plague. Now he is the new Incision and awaits his chance to defeat both Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes. With all his training, the technology acquired with the Night Creepers, his unorthodoxy weapons and fighting style, he may well present a real challenge to the masters of the Arashikage clan. He also has the conscience and moral of a dead rat.

Infra-Red
Profile ----------------------------------------------
Former a Crimson-Guard Immortal
Training/Skills: computer hacking/undercover espionage/accounting/body guarding/hit man/intelligence and information gathering.
Infrared consider himself a elegant and handsome man. He likes to be will dressed even when in battle. The infrared wavelength isn't visible to he human eye but it is there, "Infrared" is the same you won't note him around you until is too late.

Munitia
I think to be a woman in the armed forces is not easy. To be a woman and recognized individual in a terrorist organization like Cobra would be worst (do you think the Baroness wouldn't be jealous :-) ?). To be able to be the second in command of the Cobra Commander's elite death squad would be even harder. So Munitia is this woman clever, driven, deadly.
----------------------
Training Skills: Former H.I.S.S. Driver and commander division. Fixed/Rotary-Wing aircraft pilot. Sharpshooter. Krav-Maga master.
Being the second in command of The Plague is not enough for her. Knowing that, Guillotine will never give her his back and will always treat her with the respect she earned and deserve.

Vector
Profile----------------------------------------
Training/Skills: PhD physicist/ weapons engineering and maintenance / Laser weapons
Vector is a silent and contained individual, his peers will tell you that in the battle filZd he just looks almost euphoric though. It is the pleasure he feels seeing and feeling the destruction his weapons will deliver.

Velocity
----- Profile ----------------------------------
Velocity pilots the Foxbat, an advanced portable jet-pack made of a super-light carbon fiber, equipped with an array of sensors and radars that integrated with the suit and helmet provides a complete scan of the battlefield. The main role played by Velocity is to get in the air and spot all enemy units, marking them with his laser target designator for the attack by other units. He also can provide air-support when carrying weapons. Velocity was the most well paid pilot in the A.V.A.C. ranks of Cobra and saw the opportunity to enter The Plague elite death squad and pilot the FoxBat as the ultimate challenge.

Warpig
Warpig was not in the "cast" of the 13 Plague troopers of the Devils Dues comics, I decided that my Plague would not count with Vanguard who was a former ranger/west point graduate gone bad. I think the members of the plague would be individuals with a very low level of moral and ethics also there wasn't an explosive specialist ... and I didn't think that Vanguard's look were very appealing or radical. So here goes Warpig, a explosive specialist from hell, the name is a homage to one of my favorite bands: Black Sabbath. I chose yellow as his characteristic color at first because of the nuclear symbol, but mixed a little black in the ink and got a yellow that looks like something unpleasant, decayed ... dangerous.
---Profile -------------------------------
Training/Skills: The use and disposal of explosives (mines, grenades, missiles, etc). Chemistry PhD (by some doubtful instution).
A former Frag-Viper.

That's it.... thank you for your patience and I hope was a worthy trip!
